Q: If I don't have a credit card, can I still make a reservation?

A: You may come in person pay cash deposit and make reservation.

Q: Is there any limit about number of person in one room?

A: You are allowed to bring guest(s), but 2 persons are limited to be over night in standard and sofa room, 4 persons are limited in double beds room.

Q: What do I need to bring when check-in?

A: You need to provide at least one set of photo ID.

Q: What's the cancellation policy?

A: Before Check in: Free to change or to cancel if 48hr before your check in date noon time. Otherwise, no refund. After Check in: 50% refund of unused day room fee. No refund for parking fee.

Q: Pet allowed?

A: NO.

Q: Smoking allowed?

A: By canadian law, you must smoke outside.

Q: Do you have WIFI in your hotel?

A: Yes

Q: Do you provide towels?

A: Yes, one per person per day. We also provide tooth brush, tooth paste, cups, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

Q: Do I get long term discount when I pay a little bit each day?

A: NO, long term discount only offers when you pay full amount of fee when you check-in. We only count the number of nights you stayed; we do not count how much money you paid.

Q: Do you ever charge my credit card?

A: Only when you do not check in at your check-in date or you purposely damage hotel property.
